Meet the Instructor
Mike Johnson
Mike is a former US Army Ranger... Charlie Company, 2nd Battalion to be specific. His last position in the Rangers was serving as the personal aid & protector for the Battalion Commander himself.
Mike does not teach "defensive handgun" courses geared to those who carry a firearm for their personal protection alone. Instead, Mike seeks to equip those licensed to carry concealed to become useful in saving the lives of the innocent around them, should they ever find themselves in such a situation.
Mike began these courses in the wake of a tragic school shooting in Uvalde Texas. School District police officers were so unsure of their capacities as warriors that the attacker was allowed to murder students for over an hour as police waited in the hallways. Eventually, after 376 officers from numerous jurisdictions arrived, a Border Patrol Tactical Team finally breached the classroom and ended the horror. 19 died.
